Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Alan Cheung possesses over 20-year of experiences in Stocks and Futures brokerage, including stock and shares, futures contracts and options, he is a specialist of the Hong Kong and China H-shares market.

He holds Type 1, Type 2 and Type 9 SFC licences for regulated activities in Hong Kong.

Andrew Clarke

Responsible Officer

Mr. Andrew Clarke has over 23 years of experience in the global securities trading industry with substantial experience in trade execution using algorithmic programmes and regulatory compliance.

Previously he was the Deputy Head of Program Trading of HSBC and has also held senior positions at Mirabaud Securities, Standard Chartered, Société Générale, and Kim Eng Securities.

He holds Type 1 and Type 4 SFC licenses and is eligible to be licensed for Type 2, 5, 7, 8 and 9 regulated activities in Hong Kong.

Alfred Ma

Responsible Officer

Mr. Alfred Ma has a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Columbia University, M.Phil. in mathematics and B.Sc. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

He wrote articles published in numerous journals, including the Journal of Financial Data Science, Journal of Trading, and Journal of Investment Strategies.

He is also the adjunct professor of both City University of Hong Kong and Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, CFA charter-holder, an Associate of Society of Actuaries, and a Professional Risk Manager from PRMIA.
